Privacy

The only information collected is the information provided by the patient in the appointment request form, which enables us to schedule a consultation appointment. Clinical visit information is uploaded on a secure server-based application that is accessible only to our doctors.  We do not collect or store any other data.

Cancellation.

Your appointment, once confirmed, can be rescheduled. We have a no-refund policy for cancelled appointments. If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues, a full refund shall be done.
